Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 7, 2026
CX Transformation Solutions (“CXTS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, the legal bases on which we rely, and the rights available to you. It applies to our website, our communications with you, and the managed customer-experience operations we run on behalf of our clients.
1. Who We Are
CX Transformation Solutions designs, staffs, and operates remote customer-experience (CX) teams for businesses, primarily serving companies based in the United States. We are based in Cairo, Egypt. For any privacy-related questions, you can reach us at kareem@cx-transformation.com.
Depending on the context, we act either as a data controller (when we determine why and how personal data is processed — for example, information submitted through our website contact form) or as a data processor / service provider (when we handle end-customer data on behalf of a client under their instructions).
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Identity and contact details such as your name, email address, company name, and job title.
- The contents of inquiries, messages, and the service of interest you submit through our contact form.
- Information you provide during discovery calls, onboarding, contracting, and ongoing account management.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and operating system.
- Usage data such as pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with our website.
- Cookies and similar technologies, where used (see Section 7).
Data processed on behalf of clients
When delivering managed support operations (live chat, email, inbound and outbound calling, and related services), we may process personal information about our clients’ end customers — for example, names, contact details, ticket history, and the contents of support interactions. This data is processed strictly under the relevant client’s instructions and the agreement in place with that client.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries, schedule discovery calls, and provide quotes.
- Deliver, manage, and optimize our customer-experience services, including quality assurance and performance reporting.
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services.
- Communicate with you about your account, contracts, and service updates.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, tax, and contractual obligations.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable law (such as the EU/UK GDPR) requires it, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: your consent; the performance of a contract with you; compliance with a legal obligation; and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and growing our business, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:
- Service providers and subprocessors who support our operations — for example, form processing, hosting, communication, CRM, and analytics tools — under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms.
- Clients, where we process end-customer data on their behalf as part of delivering managed support.
- Professional advisors such as legal, accounting, and insurance providers where necessary.
- Authorities or third parties where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
Our website contact form is currently processed using Formspree, which handles submission delivery on our behalf.
6. International Data Transfers
We operate from Egypt and serve clients primarily in the United States, and our service providers may be located in other countries. As a result, your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with different data-protection laws than your own. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place — such as standard contractual clauses — to protect transferred data.
7. Cookies and Tracking
We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site functionality. Where required by law, we will request your consent before placing non-essential cookies.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to meet legal, accounting, contractual, or reporting requirements. Data processed on behalf of clients is retained and deleted in accordance with our agreement with the relevant client.
9. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, update, delete, or port your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at kareem@cx-transformation.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. If we process your data on behalf of a client, we may direct your request to that client.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
12. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
14. Contact Us
